Coaching services are highly customizable and the process is similar regardless of the number of employees or the industry.
Once an organization has contracted with us for coaching, we will send messages either directly to the employees or more likely send a message that you as the owner or leader can send out to your team with information to opt-in for coaching during the 15-day enrollment period.
After the enrollment period ends, we will review the information that participants provided and match them with their coach.
Once the coach finds out about the employees who were matched with them, they will reach out to schedule their initial meeting. That meeting will be conducted over a 60-minute video call. The coach works with the participant to review the results of the wellness wheel and strengths finder activity.
This initial session with a coach is called the Blueprint session. Coaches build rapport with the employee, learn about who they are, what is important to them, and build their Blueprint collaboratively. The Blueprint is the Personal Vision, Focus, and Habit-Goals the employee will use to gain traction towards the life they want.
Following the Blueprint session, the coach and employee will set up their future phone calls based on their availability.
Each employee has access to their coach as long as the program is in place at your organization.
