You will meet one on one with our CEO to review your current state of employee health and wellness support, and we will also dive into what your long-term goals and vision are when it comes to the health and wellbeing of your team.
We know that this is a big decision to bring in this type of solution. We can join an upcoming leadership team meeting or a meeting with the company overall to introduce them to the concept of our coaching program and tell them how an engagement would work.
Once your team is ready to get started with coaching, we’ll walk through your customized coaching program for your team and set up your contract. We hold quarterly enrollments for new coaching participants. Your initial enrollment can happen at any point in time and will last a total of 15 days. Once we’ve confirmed who is going to receive coaching services from the opt-in form, their first session to create their Blueprint will be scheduled and we’ll be off to the races.
